Refund policy
Every piece from The War Room Jewelry is handcrafted, and many are one of a kind. I want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
Approved returns must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- Returned with tracked shipping
- Shipped back within 14 days after approval
Unless the item arrived damaged or I've made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit can be used toward a future purchase from The War Room Jewelry.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
I can't accept returns on:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through wear, misuse, improper storage, or alteration
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If the problem is mine, I will make it right.
Cancellations
Contact me as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order. Orders that have already entered production or shipped cannot be canceled.
